Michael Graham continues to prove that you don’t need much for brains to become the blustery host of a low-rated talk radio show.

In today’s edition of his weekly Boston Herald “printed wordy thing,” Graham bemoans the RMV’s decision to stop mailing out notices to drivers that their license is about to expire. This move is expected to save about $800,000 in annual mailing costs, according to Registrar Rachel Kaprelian.

But Graham argues this is just a way for the state to trap motorists into racking up $1,000 tickets for driving with an expired license.

Pop quiz: Do you know when your driver’s license expires? Of course not. Neither do I.

Pop quiz Michael: have you tried looking AT your driver’s license? ‘Cause its printed right on it. Right next to your birthdate.

Besides, I always thought conservatives hated the Nanny State mentality and believed in personal responsibility?
